Lisa Lachina is the Owner, Operator and Lead Drapery Specialist at Nest Expressions. With over 25 years of experience in the window fashion industry, she is passionate about working with clients and helping them find the window treatments that their homes deserve. She works with every type of window fashion in the industry and is renowned in the Pittsburgh region for her ability to create custom draperies, valances, and panels. She has been chosen to work on the quaintest of homes to the finest restaurants and will be happy to work with you on your next window treatment project.
Mike Yazvak
Operations Manager
Mike Yazvak has been working in the flooring and window treatment industry for 30 years. He spent the first 20 years of his career as a Flooring Store Manager where he gained extraordinary competency in flooring and window treatment operational procedures. For the past ten years, Mike has been a member of the Nest Expressions staff where he has developed strong and reliable distribution channels, ensuring that material is ordered and installed promptly and efficiently. Mike's primary motivation is customer satisfaction and he is dedicated to ensure that each project is completed with exceptional execution.
Adam Smaniotto
Operations Assistant / Installation Technician
Adam Smaniotto joined the Nest Expressions team in 2021. Adam’s past experience in management, technology and customer service is a great asset to the team. He is a Certified Hunter Douglas Technician having completed over 80 hours of online and virtual training as well as months of field training. Adam is well prepared for all types of installation and trouble shooting. Adam’s past experience with technology, enables him to assist our clients with window fashion automation. Adam understands the importance of high- level customer service and is dedicated to making sure every client’s project is completed with 100% satisfaction.

Prior to joining our team at Nest Expressions, Troy spent most of his career setting up stores and training associates in the flooring industry. He brought this extensive experience and knowledge to our team, along with his infectiously pleasant personality.
