Why is Dovetail Construction Important?
Dovetail construction is a master wood worker technique that ensures the strongest panel possible. In addition to Dovetail Construction, Hunter Douglas uses Staytight Louver Tension pins to distribute stress evenly throughout the panel to further ensure stable panels. Rabbetted Stiles are also incorporated to reduce light gaps as the panels meet.
